Build Your Own Sandwich (pilot v0.3) is the first pilot lesson in Kitchen Basics, part of the Simple Lunch block. It’s a no-heat, no-knife lesson for teens with adult support — available now to explore, print, and practice at home.

About the Instructor

Jim Fuller has 40 years of restaurant experience, from dishwasher to district manager. He is also an author and caregiver.
